Zylog Systems Plans To Make Chennai Wifi Enabled
The company plans to dot Chennai with WiFi nodes — electronic devices often kept on the top of buildings — which will tap data from optic fibre cables and transmit them to laptops and computers that will be equipped with a receptive device. “By doing away with cables in the last mile of connectivity, we not only ensure high speed and seamless connectivity but also the ability to tap into devices such as laptops, hand-held devices and gaming consoles,” said S. Ram managing director of Zylog Systems. The company launched the Wi5 plan in the city on Sunday. Zylog plans to launch the service within the next two years in Calcutta and elsewhere. At present, five areas are covered by Wi5 in Chennai. The entire city will be covered within 15 months. “Our packages will be priced very competitively at Rs 550 per month for an unlimited plan at a download speed of 1 MbPS (megabytes per second), Rs 1,000 at 2 MbPS and Rs 1,750 at 4 MbPS,” said Jankiraman, Zylog’s chief operating officer.

Hi, I am planning to get an iPhone from the Apple Store soon. Just want to know which version of the iphone do I get if I just walk in and buy the phone. I see people posting that V1.11 or V1.12. Of course I want the latest version of software..Will I get the V1.12 ?

If I dont want to use the phone part of the iPhone, is it different than the iPod Touch? What are the differences, besides the obvious phone part?

Can someone help
You can delete downloaded apps by holding the app down for a few seconds and pressing the x, but the apps that come with the iPhone or iPod Touch do not come with an x when you hold it down. How do I delete it?

Can anyone help please?
I'd like to know where I could get good ringtones for the iphone other than creating them on itunes. Is it possible to get them directly from AT&T like you can with any other phone? Is there a 3rd party website where you can get them from at good quality? The problem is that i'm having trouble with the itunes "create a ringtone" feature so I'd like to find another alternative. Please help!

I have and iPhone 8GB and I tried to sync my iPhone on my friends computer. She has an ipod. When i connected it to her computer nothing came up. there was no device detected in iTunes. What should i do?

How can I add songs to my iPhone without deleting the songs already there?
I got an iphone but have no idea about how to download these files. It seems to be impossible to do it by using the itunes. I got an application that does it from WiFi but I don't even know how to set it up!! My laptop has it but I never used it to connect with something different from hot spot. Do I need to do any set up to make my iphone catch the signal?

What is the difference between an itouch and iphone and which one is better?

How can i play my iphone and my boyfriends ipod through a car stereo?
I purchased an album from itune store using my iphone. I want to copy those songs to my computer. When I try to sync the phone it says contents on iphone will be removed and replaced with songs from my iTunes library. But I don't have those songs in my itunes library. What do i do? Thank you

What are some popular applications on the iPhone that don't require the internet?
Well my iphone finally did it died. I m leaving the states for a few months and i will need a knew phone, all stores near me are sold out of the iphone 3g S. So i was wondering what would be the easiest phone to grasp after using an iphone for a year.

How do you update iPhone games through iTunes?
On my iphone, we got the schools password and it says we are connected, but it has a lock on it which doesn't let us connect through to the internet. Is there a way that we can unlock that?
